It is unlawful for an employer to discharge, expel or
otherwise retaliate or discriminate against any person because he or she has opposed any practices forbidden under Title VII
or state anti-discrimination statutes or because he or she has filed a complaint, testified or assisted in any proceedings
under the law.
Sexual Harassment: Unwelcome
sexual conduct constitutes sexual harassment when ---
* Submission to such conduct is made either explicitly or
implicitly a term or condition of employment;
* Submission to or rejection of such conduct by an individual is
used as a basis for employment decisions;
* Such conduct has the purpose or effect of unreasonably interfering
with a person's work performance or creating an intimidating, hostile or offensive working environment.
